Every born again believer can hear God and has the witness of the Spirit. This witness of Holy Spirit let's us know the way and helps us walk in the way we should go. We should read the word of God as we listen to the Spirit. This will help us receive truth and not error. If you are not listening to the witness of the Spirit your heart can be harden but once you listen and obey this can change your heart. You can incline your heart unto the Lord. You should read the road to meet with Jesus and not for just knowledge. We all should learn to hear God for ourselves and the Peace of God will guard our heart.
