Denying Self!

How do we live in the Spirit and walk in the Spirit? In order to walk in the Spirit we must be consistent in praying in Spirit. Jesus said, we are to deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him. Paul says in Gal 2:20 that,  we have been curcified with Christ but nevertheless we live by the faith of Christ.  Some say we have to curcify the flesh but the bible says our flesh has already been curcified with Christ. The bile also tells us we have been raised from the dead with Christ. What does this all mean and what does it have to do with denying ourselves and crucifying the flesh so that we can walk in the Spirit.
